External Food Contribution
In order to ensure food safety and the proper operation of the establishment, the introduction of external food is not permitted.
On an exceptional basis, and only in specific cases such as birthday celebrations (for example, a cake), external food may be allowed provided that the responsible person signs a Declaration of Responsibility for External Food Contribution in advance.
By signing this declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for the origin, transport, storage and consumption of the food provided, releasing the establishment from any liability arising from its consumption.
In addition, it will be mandatory to leave a portion of the external food provided, which will remain at the disposal of the establishment in accordance with current food safety regulations.
